Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to lead Global Supply Chain activities for international Patriot programs. The role oversees the full program lifecycle from capture to sustainment, requiring strong team-building and matrix collaboration across sites.

Onsite work in multiple US locations is expected. The successful candidate will manage budgets, EV metrics, ROM tools, and supplier development while coordinating with IPTs, Procurement, and FP&A to ensure deliverables meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree optional.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and interface with the PMO.
• Report program status and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Support BOM, localization, and international supplier activities.
• Assist in proposal management and CAPA supplier management.
• Support program audits and licensing requirements.
