Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead material program plans, supplier management, and Make/Buy decisions across complex programs. You will drive project execution, develop SSOWs, and manage RFIs/RFPs while ensuring compliance with Prime contract flow-downs and policy requirements.

Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally, and leverage your experience in PM, procurement, contracts, and finance to deliver on program commitments within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in PM, procurement, contracts, and/or finance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Planning and executing sourcing decisions and supporting Make/Buy/Where decisions.
• Identify Flow-Down Attachments and Modifications for prime contracts.
• Assist with generation of SSOWs and RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Lead proposal activities and BOM approvals.
• Drive Purchase Requisitions and PO management.
• Engage in supplier reviews to ensure performance.
• Adhere to applicable policies and procedures for MPM tasks.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as required.
