Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Budget and EV management experience.
• MRP systems: PRISM and KINAXIS.
• ROM Tool, AOP, and proposal development experience.
• US citizenship required.
• MPM Level 4 cert or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with ability to interface at all management levels and with suppliers.
• Strong time management and prioritization

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and interface to the PMO.
• Report program status, communicate issues, and implement solutions.
• Forecast material sales using MFT and analyze variance.
• Manage material sales risk & opportunity via ROM Tool.
• Support offset and localization, including international supplier assessments.
• Assist in start-up activities and baselining (MPP, CFB).
• Assist in end-to-end proposal management (PMER kick-offs).
• Support program audits and USG pricing audits.
• Assist EXIM licensing and 130 Sweeps.
