Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Martech Project Manager to oversee a high-visibility content management platform overhaul. You will embed with the program lead, coordinating marketing, IT, and external partners to keep work on track.

You’ll manage sprint cadence, surface risks, and drive action items to closure, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-moving environment. Hybrid in-office presence required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in program coordination or similar
• Comfortable using Jira or equivalent tools
• Strong follow-through and ability to push work forward
• Clear communicator interfacing with technical and marketing stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and sprint progress across workstreams; surface risks early
• Own sprint tracking and ticket status in Jira; flag blockers
• Capture, assign, and follow up on action items from meetings
• Schedule working group meetings, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional calls
• Prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on platform implementation
• Maintain tracking tools and documentation for a current program view
• Assist in organizing and maintaining project requirements and status decks
