Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in program coordination or project management in tech implementation is preferred.
• Strong follow-through, closing loops, and proactive work ethic.
• Clear, direct communicator able to interface with technical and marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment without explicit instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project sprints and track progress across workstreams; surface risks early.
• Manage Jira tickets, blockers, and action-item follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and biweekly status updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder and vendor coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain tracking tools and documentation for a current program view.
