Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for the Consumer Behavior organization. This role leads complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to drive strategic projects, manage scope, risks, and communications, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.

You will guide multiple concurrent workstreams, establish best practices, and improve project delivery standards while enabling organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of software development project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-team projects.
• Strong SDLC knowledge: Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall, Hybrid.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Consumer Behavior projects.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics and Business teams.
• Oversee marketing technology integrations and data systems.
• Manage roadmap and Jira boards; ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to improve processes and engagement.
