Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. seeks an Associate to advance market-shaping work for women’s and newborn health commodities in LMICs. You will build analyses to forecast demand, assess production capacity, and inform pricing strategies.

The role involves collaboration across CHAI teams and with external partners to drive affordable access. Responsibilities include data synthesis, presenting findings to donors and governments, and supporting procurement and scale-up initiatives.

Qualifications

• Outstanding analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to donors and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of analytical or business experience.
• Ability to drive forward workstreams with strategic thinking in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to build collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage databases, analyses, and frameworks to identify opportunities to strengthen supply of WNH commodities.
• Conduct landscape assessments and profile manufacturers to identify opportunities to improve supply quality.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to develop strategies and clear communications for stakeholders.
• Present findings to donors, governments, suppliers, and partners and maintain relationships with CHAI leadership.
