Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a strategic Marketplace Program Manager to drive the international expansion of HPE GreenLake Marketplace. You will translate regulatory, tax, and operating requirements into scalable market-entry plans and coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance, Product, and Engineering to deliver compliant launches.

You’ll own the end-to-end roadmap, establish country-readiness, and ensure a consistent customer and seller experience while adapting models to local needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in program management, business operations, or strategy with global scope.
• Experience leading multi-country launches in a matrix technology org.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end geographic expansion roadmap and prioritization.
• Establish country-readiness framework for regulation, tax, invoicing, data protection, and contracting.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Legal, Tax, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Define requirements for local currency, tax calculations, remittance, and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate readiness across customers, partners, and channel programs.
• Develop KPIs, readiness reviews, and scalable playbooks for new markets.
• Report on schedule, budget, risks, and outcomes to executives.
