Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Marketplace GTM Program Leader to define and scale a strategic growth platform for the HPE GreenLake Marketplace. In a hybrid role, you will drive GTM programs with AI software partners and hyperscalers, collaborating with sales, product, and partner teams to convert marketplace investments into revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in business development, technical strategy, software, cloud, or technology industries.
• Sales, alliances, or channel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, design, and scaled execution of GreenLake Marketplace GTM programs from concept through measurable business impact.
• Drive marketplace revenue growth by establishing structured partner onboarding and activation pathways.
• Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives including enterprise buyer matchmaking, partner enablement, and sales activation.
• Oversee marketplace readiness across hyperscaler channels with coordination across finance, product, sales, and operations.
• Design and lead executive portfolio reviews aligning marketplace performance with priorities.
