Job summary

Google’s Marketing organization seeks Strategy & Operations professionals to provide insights, align goals, and drive new initiatives at scale. You will partner with leadership across Marketing, Product, Finance and Engineering to solve challenges and champion high-priority projects.

You should have strong problem solving and quantitative analysis skills, be comfortable with ambiguity, and collaborate with Googlers at all levels to advance Marketing’s strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to set Marketing’s annual strategic plan globally, articulating Marketing’s most critical priorities, and corresponding investment.
• Work across Google products to develop solutions to the organization’s strategic issues and initiatives.
• Improve Marketing efficiency and effectiveness by applying a rigorous approach to Marketing’s operational processes.
• Evaluate Marketing performance/impact and make data-driven recommendations for how to adjust the approach to reach ambitious goals.
• Develop executive level deliverables.
