Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager for Google Ads and Commerce Marketing to drive the global Marketing Technology and Applied AI strategy. You will collaborate with Marketing and Engineering leaders to define roadmaps and operating plans that enable growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

You will lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives, align executive stakeholders, and help ensure technology investments deliver long-term business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years in management consulting, operations, business strategy, marketing strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity.
• 5 years working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Marketing Technology or Applied AI strategies in Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of global Marketing Technology and Applied AI strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with Marketing and Engineering leaders.
• Be a thought partner for the leadership of Ads and Commerce Marketing team.
• Lead complex, high-impact strategic initiatives and communicate insights to executive leadership to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Lead annual strategic planning process and OKR setting to align cross-functional priorities with business goals.
• Oversee budget and resources, ensuring investments align with strategic priorities during annual planning.
