Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager to define global Marketing Technology and Applied AI strategy for Ads and Commerce Marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape strategic roadmaps that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation, and lead high-priority initiatives with executive alignment.

You will help steer annual planning, budgets, and investments while partnering with Marketing and Engineering to deliver long-term business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, marketing strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role.
• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Marketing Technology or Applied AI strategies in Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of global Marketing Technology and Applied AI strategy and roadmaps with Marketing and Engineering leaders.
• Be a thought partner for Ads and Commerce Marketing leadership.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives and communicate insights to executives.
• Oversee annual planning, OKR setting, and cross-functional priority alignment.
• Oversee budget, resources, and investments to align with priorities.
