Job summary

You will drive planning, align cross-functional teams, and communicate insights to executives, while mentoring others and shaping go-to-market strategy. This role offers exposure to high-impact initiatives across Ads and GBO, with a strong emphasis on execution and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and cross-functional work.
• Executive communication and ability to facilitate complex meetings.
• Strong program management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with GBO and GTM leadership to deliver high-priority strategy projects and manage executive communications.
• Drive the end-to-end annual planning lifecycle and shape executive meeting cadences.
• Align objectives across Finance, PeopleOps, and Communications to ensure unified execution.
• Advocate for existing initiatives while introducing fresh perspectives and leading change management.
• Operate at the center of the business with senior leadership to address challenges and opportunities.
