You will lead a team, translate consumer insights into action, and measure performance to improve engagement and profitability in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in consumer products or durable goods.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio strategy and ensure product definition, pricing, cost structure, and timelines align with retailer planning cycles.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product assortment, pricing, and growth strategies.
• Lead go-to-market excellence with integrated launch and communication plans across packaging, PR, retail, digital, and social.
• Keep the consumer front and center by leveraging insights to strengthen marketing effectiveness.
• Enable retailer success with compelling sell stories, category insights, pricing and promotional plans.
• Measure, learn, and improve by evaluating performance and identifying optimization opportunities across channels.
