Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager (One Lambda) to drive growth for the Transplant Diagnostics antibody detection portfolio. You will define market expansion strategies, build evidence-based adoption frameworks, and lead multi-channel campaigns across regions.

Collaboration with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, and regional teams will be essential to align clinical education and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree plus 6+ years in product marketing within antibody detection/clinical diagnostics.
• Strong skills in market creation, segmentation analysis, and long-range planning.
• Proven ability to map adoption barriers and define overcoming strategies.
• Experience with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, or clinical teams for evidence roadmaps.
• Ability to build scalable market activation playbooks across regulatory environments.
• Track record of global product launches and campaign management.
• Expertise in storytelling and content creation across channels.
• Strong understanding of customer journey marketing and revenue-linked demand generation.
• Travel up to 25–30% internationally; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of antibody detection portfolio across regions.
