Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda). You will drive growth, identify untapped segments, and build evidence-based adoption frameworks across regions.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, and regional teams to shape education strategies and activation playbooks. You will craft compelling narratives and multi-channel campaigns, translating complex scientific value

Qualificações

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience in molecular diagnostics or clinical marketing.
• Strong market creation, segmentation and long-range planning skills.
• Experience mapping adoption barriers and overcoming them in clinical markets.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across matrixed global teams.
• Skilled in developing evidence roadmaps and clinical validation strategies.
• Ability to manage global product launches and campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics portfolio for transplant and clinical diagnostics.
• Create market opportunities, define expansion strategies and activation playbooks.
• Launch campaigns translating science into demand generation across regions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR and regional teams to develop evidence requirements.
• Measure performance, optimize campaigns, and achieve revenue targets.
