Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda) to drive growth and adoption of our antibody detection portfolio. You will develop market narratives, expansion strategies, and evidence-based adoption frameworks that scale across regions and launch campaigns that translate scientific value into demand generation.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, and regional teams to create region-ready activation

Qualifications

Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience in product marketing within antibody detection or clinical diagnostics markets.
Strong expertise in market creation and long-range planning with ability to size markets and identify growth segments.
Experience partnering with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, or clinical teams to develop evidence roadmaps and clinical validation strategies.
Skilled in building scalable frameworks and market activation playbooks that work across varied regulatory environments.
Proven ability to translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into compelling commercial value propositions.

Responsibilities

Drive growth and adoption of our antibody detection portfolio across transplant and clinical diagnostics.
Create market opportunities by identifying untapped segments and defining expansion strategies.
Develop evidence-based adoption frameworks that scale across regions and launch campaigns across channels.
Partner with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, and regional teams to determine evidence requirements and education strategies.
Craft content for digital, video, email, and sales enablement while ensuring non-promotional clinical education compliance.
Lead integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and measure performance to hit revenue targets.
Travel up to 25-30% internationally to support global launches.
