Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda). You will drive molecular diagnostics adoption through market creation, compelling narratives, and cross-functional campaigns across regions, ensuring compliant clinical education and evidence-based activation plays.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years in product marketing within molecular diagnostics, IVD, genomics, or clinical diagnostics.
• Preferred fields: Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Marketing or related field.
• Experience mapping barriers to adoption and defining strategies in clinical and diagnostic markets.
• Experience with evidence roadmaps and clinical validation strategies with Medical Affairs/MSLs/HEOR.
• Demonstrated success in global product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling commercial value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of our molecular diagnostics portfolio for transplant and clinical applications.
• Identify untapped segments, define expansion strategies, and build evidence-based adoption frameworks.
• Create market narratives and launch campaigns across channels with compliant clinical education.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR, and regional teams to determine evidence requirements.
• Lead integrated campaigns from strategy to execution and measure performance against revenue targets.
