Job summary

SharkNinja, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A - Global Marketing to lead the finance function for its global marketing investments. You will forecast, analyze scenarios, and guide strategic bets, partnering with senior leaders across Marketing and Commercial teams.

You’ll manage a team of analysts, drive data-driven decision making, and push for automation and AI-enabled insights to improve financial performance across brands Shark and Ninja.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Hands-on AI fluency in workflows and analytics.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team of analysts.
• Mastery of planning and reporting rhythms (budget, forecast, long-range plan, monthly close).
• Experience analyzing marketing or commercial investments.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders in Marketing, Commercial, and regional teams on where to invest and expected returns.
• Lead finance conversations with senior leadership; present analysis with clear point of view.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, actuals, and variance analysis for global marketing investments.
• Develop and coach a high-performing analytics team with clear growth paths.
• Use AI tools to speed up analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and improve processes.
