Job summary

SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A - Commercial, to lead forecasting, analysis, and business partnerships across Direct to Consumer, Social Commerce, and Customer Service. You will influence investment choices, cost structures, and margin improvements while advancing data-driven decision making.

You will own the forecast cycle, monthly/quarterly actuals, and develop new analytics that inform leadership decisions and drive operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance partner to DTC, Social Commerce, and Customer Service leaders.
• Explain cost structure changes and recommended actions.
• Drive investment discussions and positive outcomes with teams.
• Own forecast cycle from draft to sign-off.
• Present actuals vs forecast with reasons and next steps.
• Provide self-service data and fast insights to leaders.
• Ensure data accuracy and strong controls with accounting.
• Be the main Finance contact for channels and leaders.
• Drive self-directed action and timely deliverables.
• Prioritize area work and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Build new P&L views, analytics, and metrics.
• Use AI/automation to speed recurring tasks.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
