Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A or finance experience, including business partnering and variance analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or digital channels.
• Strong grasp of unit economics and channel performance.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience in visualization tools, ERP systems, and data management tools.
• Hands-on AI fluency in workflow and tooling.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance partner to leaders across Direct to Consumer, Social Commerce, and Customer Service; explain cost movements.
• Facilitate trade-off and investment discussions; drive teams to positive outcomes.
• Own forecast cycles and monthly/quarterly actuals-versus-forecast narratives.
• Provide self-service information to accelerate decisions and maintain data accuracy.
• Own day-to-day relationships with business leaders and ensure delivery of commitments.
• Develop next-phase financial management with new P&L views and analytics.
