You will own forecasting, margin management, business partnering with Global Head of DTC, and drive weekly operating model, pricing, and promotional planning across SharkNinja's ecommerce ecosystem. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience; 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Deep experience in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer financial management; social commerce exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global FP&A for DTC and social commerce channels.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and actuals reporting for the global DTC business.
• Partner with Global Head of DTC and cross-functional teams to drive strategy and investments.
• Drive weekly operating model, KPI cadence, and performance reviews.
• Build scalable financial models and standardize forecasting across regions.
