SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A – Global Marketing to lead the finance partner function for the global marketing landscape. You will guide investment decisions, forecast performance, and shape the commercial strategy in a dynamic consumer product environment.

You will manage a team of analysts, drive data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders, and build scalable processes, leveraging AI and automation to improve speed and accuracy of insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• MBA is preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on where to invest and expected returns.
• Lead the FP&A function for global marketing investments.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and variance analyses.
