Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Enablement & AI Adoption Specialist to own a global training and enablement program for Talent Marketing teams across regions.

You design sessions, build playbooks and self-service resources, and drive generative AI adoption by turning tools into repeatable practices. You will also lead the TAM Hub and evolve TAMI, while occasionally reviewing external talent marketing content and supporting Marketing Operations tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering training or enablement programs for professional audiences.
• Experience creating playbooks, guides, templates and self-service resources.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI to marketing workflows and driving adoption.
• Strong writing and copyediting skills with clear feedback in US English.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Talent Marketing training and enablement program across regions.
• Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops and demos for a global audience.
• Create playbooks, templates, toolkits and self-service resources for marketers.
• Manage the TAM Hub as the central home for global Talent Marketing knowledge and tools.
• Evolve TAMI and identify new use cases; pilot AI tools and scale workflows.
• Drive AI adoption through communications, coaching and measurement of impact.
• Serve as backup reviewer for external talent marketing content for grammar and brand tone.
• Build polished training materials and leadership communications; support resource libraries.
