Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Marketing Enablement & AI Adoption Specialist to own the global training program for employer branding and recruitment marketing teams across regions.

You will design sessions, build playbooks, manage knowledge hubs, and guide AI adoption by turning new tools into repeatable practices for daily use. This is a remote, globally oriented role with growth in AI-enabled recruitment marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing enablement, learning and development, employer branding, recruitment marketing, digital marketing, AI adoption or marketing operations.
• Experience designing and delivering training for professional audiences with strong facilitation.
• Experience creating playbooks, guides, templates and self-service resources.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI to marketing workflows and enabling adoption.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Excellent U.S. English writing and copyediting skills with clear feedback on external content.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills; Canva or similar tools; strong project management; global collaboration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Learning & Development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Talent Marketing training and enablement program, identifying gaps and turning them into training plans.
• Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops and demos for a global audience.
• Create playbooks, templates and self-service resources for marketers.
• Manage the TAM Hub as the central home for global Talent Marketing knowledge and tools.
• Own the evolution and adoption of TAMI, identifying new use cases and improvements.
• Shape the AI and innovation roadmap: evaluate tools, run pilots, and scale workflows.
• Drive AI adoption through communications, coaching and measuring training effectiveness.
• Back up reviewer for external talent marketing content with grammar, clarity, tone, brand consistency.
• Build polished PowerPoint and materials for leadership and global communications.
• Support marketing ops work and transition routine tasks to Marketing Ops & Content Coordination.
