Job summary

Entegris is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director, Market and Technical Solutions Leader – FM&I based in North America. The role leads a global BD team, bridges business units and markets, and drives growth through pipeline development and product strategy.

The ideal candidate will translate strategies into sales targets, collaborate with product marketing on regional market maps, and support lifecycle lifecycles from NPI to EOL. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of managerial experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years of business development or sales experience.
• Track record of growing and converting a pipeline of new revenue opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of business development professionals and serve as the eyes and ears of the business for market trends and opportunities.
• Translate business strategies into aggressive sales pipeline targets and support revenue conversion.
• Support product marketing with detailed regional market maps and competitor share analysis.
• Support Sales in communicating product changes and value propositions for new products and core offerings.
• Be an internal advocate for FM&I products and ensure alignment across lifecycle stages.
