Job summary

Entegris seeks a strategic Senior Director, Market & Technical Solutions (FM&I) in North America to lead a global team of business‑development professionals supporting product marketing, sales, and product management.

This role requires a seasoned leader with experience growing and converting a sales pipeline, spotting white spaces, and guiding market strategies across regions and product lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years managerial experience with increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years business-development or sales experience.
• 3+ years experience in semiconductor industry; willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong leadership, business acumen and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of business-development professionals supporting product marketing, sales, and product-management functions.
• Translate business strategies into aggressive sales-pipeline targets and support revenue conversion.
• Support product marketing in developing regional market maps including demand and competitor share.
• Communicate critical product change notifications (PCNs) and value propositions of newly launched products and core portfolio offerings.
• Build relationships with key decision makers at ecosystem customers and end-customers to align roadmaps and product lifecycles.
• Support Product Marketing and SBU leaders in generating growth ideas and formulating strategies for market success.
• Support Product Management in ramping sales of newly launched products.
