Entegris, Inc. seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the FM&I business unit as its CFO, providing key financial and decision support to the VP. This leader will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineers and Product Management to drive value and profitability.

Based in Chaska, MN, the role includes planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management with Power BI dashboards and strong internal controls to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Finance Leadership experience in a global manufacturing environment.
• MBA preferred and strong GAAP knowledge.
• Ability to drive financial deep-dive discussions with executives.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CFO for the FM&I portfolio and provide strategic guidance to drive growth and profitability.
• Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on financial performance and investments.
• Lead long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Develop business cases and financial models for growth opportunities and capital investments.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and internal controls.
