Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Global Operations Manager (Country Launch) to drive market entry and growth, integrating planning, analysis, and leadership across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop execution plans, monitor KPIs, model business scenarios, and coordinate with leadership to align strategy with operational realities. Occasional travel up to 50% and on-site work in Redmond, WA are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• 1+ year experience abroad or with operations outside the United States.
• 1+ year of analytical skills (e.g. Excel modeling, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive execution plan to implement market requirements for initial market access and rapid growth of operations.
• Track and report on KPIs such as activation timeliness, product accessibility, and operational health in live markets.
• Guide planning and resource management for specific verticals within Starlink, including development of business models.
• Identify initiatives for improvement of Starlink's business outlook, including developing, tracking, and executing initiatives with leadership.
• Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across teams, evolve customer experience, or scale the business.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and external resources to ensure compliance, building strong networks.
• Support and educate internal stakeholders on market requirements and timeframes, working to achieve company objectives.
