Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Global Operations Manager for Latin America to blend strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will analyze data, lead cross-functional decision-making, and implement market-entry plans while supporting regional growth initiatives at Starlink.

Expected responsibilities include KPI tracking, resource planning, and collaborating with leadership to drive process improvements that scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• 1+ year experience abroad or working with operations outside of the United States.
• 1+ year of analytical skills using Microsoft Office applications, Excel modeling, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive execution plan to implement market requirements for initial market access and rapid growth of operations.
• Track and report on KPIs such as activation timing, product accessibility, and operational health.
• Guide planning and resource management for specific verticals and development of business models.
• Identify initiatives to improve business outlook and lead cross-functional implementation.
• Lead process and system enhancements to improve handoffs, customer experience, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external resources to ensure compliance.
• Support and educate internal stakeholders on market requirements and timeframes.
