Job summary

Eppendorf is seeking a market intelligence leader to drive global initiatives, forecast trends, and analyze competitive landscapes. You will build a central knowledge hub of market reports for internal stakeholders and connect with key customers and partners to translate insights into strategic recommendations.

The role requires 5+ years in market intelligence with a strong life sciences background, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in market research, consulting and/or business/market intelligence.
Strong scientific or technical background in life sciences, biotech/pharma environments.
Experience with competitive intelligence, market research and business development methods/tools.
Experience working in a matrixed environment across R&D, sales, marketing, BD.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/PhD preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English with strong presentation and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Lead global market intelligence initiatives from forecasts, trends, opportunities, and competitive evaluation.
Create a central knowledge hub for managing market reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
Identify and engage potential investment and collaboration partners to support long-term growth.
Support collaborative projects with external technology or business partners to analyze strengths and improvements.
