Job summary

Eppendorf is seeking a Lead Market Intelligence professional to steer global intelligence initiatives across forecasts, trends, and competitive analyses. You will build a centralized knowledge hub to surface insights for internal stakeholders and guide strategic decisions with customers and partners.

The role requires 5+ years in market research or consulting, strong life-sciences knowledge, and outstanding English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in market research or consulting translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Solid scientific or technical background with insight into life-science, biotech/industrial, pharma and clinical environments.
• Experience with competitive intelligence, market research and business development methods and tools.
• Experience in a matrixed environment at the interface of R&D, sales, marketing, business development and new market development.
• Bachelor2s degree required; Mastere2s or PhD preferred; strong decision-making and analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with strong presentation and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global market intelligence initiatives from forecasts, trends, opportunity analysis, and competitive environment evaluation for Eppendorf09s portfolio.
• Create an intuitive central knowledge hub for managing market reports and making insights accessible and actionable for internal stakeholders.
• Connect with key customers, assess market analytics and portfolios to translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Drive regional strategic business development by scouting and engaging potential investment and collaboration partners.
• Act as technology and innovation scout, identifying emerging technologies feeding future product development.
• Lead or support collaborative projects with external partners to analyze strengths and improvement areas.
