Scorpion Therapeutics, based in Boston, MA, is seeking a senior leader for the Oncology Business Unit's Scientific & Competitive Analysis function to drive strategy, governance, and team development, delivering insights on scientific, clinical, regulatory, and market developments.

You will act as an embedded strategic partner to brand teams, identify risks and opportunities, lead scenario planning, and collaborate across R&D, Medical, Market Access, and Business Development, while overseeing

Qualifications

BS in Life Sciences or related field.
10+ years in healthcare/pharma with product development/launch experience.
Proven ability to lead teams and influence high-level decisions.
Expertise in competitive intelligence methodologies and market analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Act as an embedded strategic partner to brand teams across the product lifecycle, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
Lead scenario planning and competitive response activities.
Collaborate with R&D, Medical, Market Access, and Business Development.
Manage external vendors and tools.
Present insights to senior leadership.
