Job summary

TÜV SÜD America, Inc. is seeking a Global Market Access Team Lead in a remote-capable role based in the United States. You will lead a team of regulatory and market access professionals, guiding projects that navigate global compliance requirements for diverse customers.

You will coordinate international certification efforts, interpret evolving regulations, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and drive customer satisfaction through effective leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Global Market Access experience within the TIC industry.
• Strong understanding of international regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and regulatory activities.
• Formal project management training or equivalent leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Global Market Access professionals.
• Manage team resources and workloads to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer and project matters.
• Oversee Global Market Access projects for key customers and coordinate international requirements.
• Research, interpret, and communicate global regulatory requirements for product safety, EMC, wireless, energy efficiency, RoHS.
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes impacting GMA activities.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing, participate in customer meetings, develop quotations, and identify opportunities.
• Maintain responsibility for team performance and continuous improvement.
