Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in market access, pricing, HEOR, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of drug development and payer perspectives from a clinical/commercial standpoint.
• Experience in oncology or cell therapy is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global pricing, access, reimbursement, and launch strategies for Cell Therapy assets.
• Define global pricing strategy, price corridors, and launch sequencing.
• Collaborate with Global Market Access teams to shape development and evidence plans.
• Lead cross-functional access forums to align strategy across geographies.
• Monitor external environment and adapt market access plans across asset lifecycle.
• Support portfolio strategy with integrated access, pricing, and policy perspectives.
