Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant field service experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Strong knowledge of marine HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Ability to travel internationally (80%+) and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, repairing, and upgrading air-conditioning and cooling systems on ships and offshore platforms.
• Conducting technical analysis and performing advanced test procedures.
• Diagnosing malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems and ordering replacement parts.
• Communicating technical findings and recommendations clearly to varied audiences.
• Commissioning new installations in consultation with owner and shipbuilding team.
• Providing high-quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Developing product expertise and reporting system issues.
