Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on training.
• Knowledge of learning management systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in training program design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for manufacturing employees.
• Collaborate with operations sites and SMEs to identify training needs and objectives.
• Audit and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessments and KPIs.
• Implement and maintain learning management system to track progress and training records.
• Maintain document control records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide coaching and consulting support to business leaders to identify and resolve gaps.
• Identify industry trends and best practices through research.
• Cultivate relationships with educational institutions to establish apprenticeships.
