Milwaukee Tool is hiring a Project Engineer II to drive engineering and operational projects that improve manufacturing efficiency and process improvements. You will manage projects from concept to implementation, coordinating across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years in engineering, manufacturing, project execution, or related operations.
• Ability to manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate across functional teams and manage priorities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to moderately complex engineering and operational projects with scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support manufacturing & service strategies, NPD launches, process improvements, and readiness initiatives.
• Evaluate processes, equipment, layouts, and capacity for efficiency and quality gains.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and communicate progress.
• Use data analysis and problem solving to implement operational solutions.
• Support equipment installations, process changes, and transfers.
• Assist in developing business cases, cost estimates, feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and partners.
• Coordinate implementation, stabilization, and handoff to site teams.
• Review work of engineers and project team members.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and drive CI across operations.
