V2X, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead daily factory execution, align production with schedule, and drive throughput and quality improvements.

You will manage supervisors and managers, resolve cross-functional constraints, and collaborate with planning, engineering, quality, and depot operations to sustain operational flow. A Bachelor's in STEM or related field and 10+ years in manufacturing leadership are required.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Experience leading production teams in complex manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional operational challenges.
• Strong operational decision-making and team development skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily factory execution across all production areas.
• Ensure production activities align with the approved schedule and priorities.
• Resolve cross-stream conflicts and resource constraints impacting throughput.
• Maintain clear operational direction for supervisors and managers.
• Partner with planning, supply chain, engineering, quality, and depot operations to sustain flow.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput and schedule adherence.
