Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to drive daily factory execution and ensure on-time, cost-aware production.

You will lead supervisors and managers, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain alignment with the approved schedule while fostering a culture of trust and accountability. Qualifications

10+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership required.
Experience leading production teams in complex manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional operational challenges.
Strong operational decision-making and team development skills.
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead daily factory execution across all production areas.
Ensure production activities align with the approved schedule and operational priorities.
Resolve cross-stream conflicts and resource constraints impacting throughput.
Maintain clear operational direction for supervisors and managers.
Provide timely decisions when priorities conflict across production areas.
Coordinate with planning, supply chain, engineering, quality, and depot operations to maintain operational flow.
Represent manufacturing operations in readiness and operational reviews.
Drive operational improvements that increase throughput, reduce rework, and improve schedule adherence.
