Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages resources responsible for assembling, testing and repairing products in a manufacturing site.
• Plans, manages and controls department performance by establishing direction and priorities.
• Establishes policies and guidelines and evaluates results.
• Establishes production metrics, tracks metrics and sets goals to maximize throughput.
• Recommends and manages the department budget.
• Allocates resources, tools, equipment and support to meet production requirements.
• Coordinates with other product-related functions to interface production.
• Drives quality workmanship and continuous improvement across processes.
• Leads cross-functional product teams and process improvement groups.
