• Significant manufacturing leadership across multiple sites.
• Proven track record of turnarounds, launches, or integrations.
• Experience in high-mix, customer-driven manufacturing.
• Hands-on fluency with continuous improvement, quality systems, and safety leadership.
• Strong digital fluency: connecting shop floor to software changes.

Responsibilities

• Own systems, standards, and accountability across all plants.
• Design and implement manufacturing systems, processes, and audits.
• Lead safety, quality, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Integrate and onboard acquisitions onto Genesis standards and systems.
• Coach plant leaders to adopt new tools and processes.
