Saft is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Jacksonville, FL to oversee product development and manufacturing operations. You will set goals, develop strategies to optimize processes, manage engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement across a global operation.

The role requires leading a cross-functional team, implementing lean and Six Sigma practices, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, electronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in leadership roles within manufacturing.
• Strong ability to analyze financial and operational performance data.
• Experience leading a matrix organization across cultures and geographies.
