You will set goals, develop strategies to optimize processes, manage teams, and coordinate with engineers in creating manufacturing plans. You will lead a department, drive continuous improvement, and negotiate contracts while supporting company policies and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years' leadership experience in manufacturing with engineering focus.
• Strong data analysis of financial and operational performance.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement expertise.
• Ability to lead across cultural and geographic boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage department budget.
• Analyze current operations to identify inefficiencies.
• Lead engineering to implement improvements to increase profits.
• Coordinate with upper management to align with company goals.
• Develop and test automated and manual systems.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulatory compliance.
