Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a technical leader to provide engineering leadership across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain and project teams. You will lead or support complex projects from concept through implementation and sustainment.

Basic focus is continuous improvement on safety, quality, reliability, productivity and cost, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, project management, process improvement, automation, reliability, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and engineering expertise across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams.
• Lead or support complex engineering projects from concept through implementation and operational sustainment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, productivity, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement technical solutions that support business objectives.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert in one or more engineering disciplines.
