Job summary

TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to build a scalable finance organization and support global expansion. You will standardize policies, strengthen controls, and modernize reporting, partnering with the CAO, CFO, and lenders to deliver timely financial information.

In this high-visibility role, lead a manufacturing-focused finance team across multiple sites, drive close-cycle efficiency, and ensure compliance with U.S.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 10+ years in accounting/finance with 5+ years in controller/senior leadership.
• Manufacturing background essential; experience in private equity-backed or public global manufacturers.
• Proven GAAP/IFRS experience, external audit leadership, and multi-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and reporting standards.
• Lead monthly close process improvements to speed and accuracy.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance with GAAP/IFRS, and lender/auditor liaison.
• Partner with CAO/CFO and senior management to implement a global finance vision.
• Develop and deploy financial systems/tools for timely, actionable insights.
• Own NA controller function while supporting global finance leadership.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and currencies.
