Job summary

Energizer Holdings, a global consumer products leader, seeks a Plant Controller to support the Manufacturing Leadership and Operations Finance teams. The role focuses on preparing and analyzing U.S. financial statements while ensuring GAAP compliance and policy adherence. SAP user expertise is essential.

The incumbent will manage monthly closings, budgets, forecasts, and cost standardization, partnering with Operations to drive financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 6-8 years of related accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and variance analysis experience.
• ERP experience with SAP preferred; advanced Excel skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly closing journal entries and reconciliations for U.S. GAAP.
• Review detailed account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead/prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
• Provide data analytics and insights to manufacturing operations for goal alignment.
• Support internal/external audits and drive process improvements in F&C.
