Job summary

The Controller will lead the accounting organization, ensure timely financial reporting, and build scalable infrastructure to support consolidation across multiple entities and currencies.

The role reports to the CFO, offers high visibility with lenders, the PE sponsor, and the board, and requires a CPA with 7+ years in manufacturing or distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA
• Experience in a private equity-backed company
• 7+ years of professional experience
• Manufacturing or distribution industry background

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly consolidated close and financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies
• Manage accounting teams covering GL, cost and revenue accounting, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets
• Own lender and PE reporting, including covenant compliance, QBR packages, and KPI dashboards
