Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes to lead the global strategy for Demand, Supply, and Inventory planning across the DPS organization.

The role drives the transformation from a fragmented ERP landscape to a unified APS/ERP model, partnering with senior leaders across Planning, Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver scalable capabilities that improve service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years in global supply chain, planning, or business transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale APS and ERP programs.
• Knowledge of demand, supply, inventory, distribution, and planning.
• Ability to build business cases and manage large portfolios.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year global strategy and investment roadmap for Planning.
• Lead selection and adoption of a single enterprise APS and ERP integration.
• Guide transition to one ERP with master data and interfaces.
• Own readiness, risk, cutover governance for Day 1 and beyond.
• Establish global process ownership for demand, supply, production planning.
• Lead governance forums across functions.
• Oversee transformation portfolio, benefits, risks, and budgets.
