Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Health Policy, or related field.
• 10+ years of global health implementation, award management, and technical support.
• Experience with malaria prevention and control in sub-Saharan Africa.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with U.S. government regulations and Congressional reporting processes.
• Experience with multi-country or multi-partner malaria initiatives.
• Proficiency in French is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and activity management for awards implementing malaria programs.
• Strengthen global technical engagement and provide country-level support.
• Develop strategic frameworks and work plans for PMI-supported health programs.
• Contribute to design and selection of program instruments and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Congressional reporting requirements.
• Develop technical guidance, tools, and training materials for malaria programs.
• Monitor program performance and recommend adaptive strategies.
• Document and share lessons learned to inform policy and practice.
